Who owns what you build?
You do. Once the project is paid in full, the workflows, code, prompts, configuration and documentation built for you are yours, and we hand everything over. We keep only our general know-how and reusable internal tools.
What does the contract look like, and can we cancel?
Each build is a fixed-scope project: 50% to start and the rest at launch. Fully managed care is month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. If you leave, we hand over every workflow, credential and document so your team, or another provider, can keep it running.
Will you sign a DPA or NDA?
Yes. We sign your Data Processing Agreement or provide ours, and we're happy to sign an NDA before you share any details. Each automation gets only the access it needs, and AI usage can run on your own account.
