Questions

About money and contracts.

What does a project cost?

Builds start at $4,000 and most land between $4,000 and $8,000. Every project is custom, so after a free 15-minute call you get the exact scope and price in writing. Anything you ask for later is quoted in hours before work starts. See pricing →

What does the contract look like, and can we cancel?

Each build is a fixed-scope project: 50% to start and the rest at launch. Fully managed care is month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. If you leave, we hand over every workflow, credential and document so your team, or another provider, can keep it running.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Once the project is paid in full, the workflows, code, prompts, configuration and documentation built for you are yours, and we hand everything over. We keep only our general know-how and reusable internal tools.

How quickly will something be live?

A first version is usually running in about two weeks from the go-ahead. Bigger systems ship in steps, so you get value long before the last piece is done.
